pt does not like how there is lots of crowding
The patient is a mild class 2 skeletal pattern, with increased FMPA and high FH. The lips are competent with an obtuse nasolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 1 with an OJ of about 2-3mm and an average OB. The mid lines seem to be to the LHS on the lower by about 1mm
There is moderate crowding in the upper and lower labial segments and the teeth are aligned in the buccal segments on the upper and lower arches. upper 2's are palatally displaced by more than 4mm
Molars on the RHS and LHS appear to be class 2. The canines on the RHS are a class 1 and LHS are a half a unit class 2.
I was thinking this is an extraction case - was thinking UR4 and LR5 and then UL4 and LL5 - this should alleviate the crowding and then upper and lower fixed - LHS class 2 elastics ?
