Pt does not like the way her teeth are so crowded.

The patient is a moderate class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and an increased FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.

The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of about 3mm and an average OB. Centre lines are off slightly to the right on the upper arch and then to the right on the lower arch by 3mm. The UL3 and UR3 displaced buccally by 4mm and then LR3 by 4mm buccally and then the LL4 buccally.

There is moderate crowding on the lower labial segment and upper labial segment The upper buccal segments appear aligned but the lower there is mild crowding in the buccal segment.

Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 2.

I was looking at this case as an extraction case - upper 4's and lower 5's then upper and lower fixed appliances with class 2 elastics towards the end of treatment??????
