Pt does not like the way her teeth stick out.

The patient is a mild class 2 skeletal pattern, with an average FMPA and an average FH. The lips are competent and full with a 90 degree nasiolabial angle.

The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of about 7mm and an average OB. Centre lines appear to be off on the lower arch to the right by around 2mm. The UR3 appears slightly displaced palatally and then the LR4 lingually by around 4mm. there is cross bite on the RHS around the canine/premolars

There is mild crowding on the lower buccal segment and mild crowding on upper labial segment . The upper buccal segment and lower labial segments appear aligned.

Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 2.

I was looking at this case as an extraction case - upper 4's and then upper and lower fixed with some class 2 elastics ??????
