Pt does not like how her canines sticks out more than the other teeth
The patient is a mild class 2 skeletal pattern, with a slightly high FMPA and a slightly increased FH. The lips are competent with a 90 degree nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 1 with an OJ of about 3mm and an average OB. The mid lines are ok - they seem to be aligned
The teeth are aligned labially and buccally in the lower arch but there is severe crowding in the upper labial segment and aligned in the buccal segment - UL3 and UR3 teeth are buccally displaced by 4-5mm
Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 2.
I was thinking could I get away with just taking the upper 4's here? then upper and lower fixed - should get the canines into a class 1 position - just worried I may cause a class 3 -
