Pt does not like the way his teeth are all over the place .

The patient is a mild class 1 skeletal pattern, with an average FMPA and an average FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.

The incisors are a class 1 with an OJ of about 2-3mm and an increased OB. Centre lines are good.

There is mild crowding on the upper buccal segment and then lower labial segment, and upper and lower buccal segments are aligned.

Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 1. The canines on the LHS is class 2 and RHS is class 1.

I was looking at this case as a non extraction case - then upper and lower fixed appliances with potentially some IPR to squeeze it all in?????
