Pt does not like how his canine on the LHS sticks out more than his other teeth

The patient is a mild class 1 skeletal pattern, with average FMPA and average FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.

The incisors are a class 1 with an OJ of about 2-3 mm and decreased OB. The mid line is off to the LHS on the upper by 1mm and the lower is OK

There is mild crowding on the upper labial segment and mild crowding on lower labial segment. the buccal segment on the upper sand lower are aligned. The UL3 is displaced buccally by around 5mm

Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 1. The canines on the LHS is full class 1 and RHS is a quarter class 2.

the models are not sitting right - my crap imp very likely - sorry

I was thinking with this case that its an extraction case - upper 5's and lower 4's - with upper and lower fixed with class 2 elastics ?????
