The patient does not like her wonky teeth and the way one tooth really sticks out

The patient is a moderate class 1 skeletal pattern, with an average FMPA and average FH. The lips are competent and full with a 90 degree nasiolabial angle.

The incisors are a class 1 with an OJ of about 3mm and an average OB. - the centre line on the lower arch seems to be going to the right by around 2mm.

There is mild crowding in the upper labial segment and the upper buccal segment is aligned. In the lower labial segment there is moderate crowding and then the lower buccal segment are aligned. The UR2 is buccally displaced by around 4mm and then the LR3 is buccally displaced.

Molars on the LHS and RHS are class 1. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 1.

I was thinking all the 5's to be extracted for this case due to the crowding in the lower arch - then upper and lower fixed appliances???
