Morning Ian,

Can you have a look at this case please? The buccal segments are nicely locked in (al be it with a cross bite ur6) so I don't think I want to move them much however there is lower anterior crowding and upper anterior spacing. Do you think we will gain enough space through lower IPR to align the teeth with upper and lower fixed?

RJ pt c/o- dislikes - slanted top front teeth with gaps and uneven lower teeth

lips - competent
FMPA - average
face height- average
NL angle- 90 deg
asymetries - none

TMJ- deviation to the right on late opening. no pain
ioe- nad
bpe recorded- nad
teeth present -7-7 upper and lower- unrestored

crowding -
Lower labial - mild
mild spacing  upper labial.
aligned buccal segments

incisors: - class 1
OJ- 3mm
OB- avg
centre line - upper left 1mm and canted to the right

molars - class 1 L&R
canines class 1 L&R

crossbites- UR6, LR3
