HI Ian
Please could you cast you eye over my Rx plan as I don't see lots of children just the ones who aren't prepared to wait for NHS treatment.
12yrs old Female - plus the flute!!
Skel II with average FMPA and LFH Nasolabial is obtuse with a competent lip and not asymmetry
Lower incisors are severely crowded
Lower Buccal segment is aligned
Upper Labial moderately crowded
Upper buccal is aligned
Incisor rel is CLII divI
OJ 7mm OB complete and increased
Right and left molars are Class I as are the canines. (was expecting to see class II)
Initial thoughts were relieve the crowding in the lower arch by removing lower first premolars.
As molars and canine are class I I considered just relieving the crowding in the upper with balanced extractions of upper first premolars.
Concerns - upper lip angle would worsen
- Residual space in the upper arch
Have you any other thoughts on the case for me?
