Pt does not like the way his teeth are all over the place and cross over.
The patient is a moderate class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and an increased FH. The lips are competent and full with a 90 degree nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 1 with an OJ of about 1mm and a decreased OB about 25%. Centre lines are good. The UL3 is displaced labially by 4mm and then UL3 by 3mm labially
There is mild crowding on the lower labial segment and moderate crowding on upper labial segment . The upper and lower buccal segments appear aligned.
Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 1. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 1.
I was looking at this case as a non extraction case - then upper and lower fixed appliances with potentially some IPR to squeeze it all in?????
