Whilst I sort out the cone beam, can i sent the scans to you for a set up?

I d tread cafrefully..... a digital set up.... how much retroclination of the lowers is needed - will we see their apices .... and how much proclination of the uppers - could be a lot of spaces.... so a digital set up....

I wonder if the canine has resorbed the central a bit... i can see the distal margin of the central but wonder if it has taken some of the central on the palatal side - only way of checking is a cone beam

If we are proclinng the uppers ..as they tip forward the apical third will go palatal... may push into te canine and nudge it out the way..... or cause more resorption....

unerupted / impacted 23./ lies palatal to arch (SLOB)
molars and canines class 2
ICP - protrudes - 5.5mm negative overjet
can get incisal edges together when manipulated into CR- molars and canines still 3 though

proposed tp
correct the overjet and get a positive overjet and overbit
accept 23 - downsides of SXLA outweigh any benefits
22 root looks ok
extrect 31 and slose space
align and level / uprifht and round out
accaept a compromise occlusion
