Pretty interesting case right!
That’s helpful. I have a few questions which maybe you can help me with on Thursday.
Cheers.

Hi Josh
paste the dropbox link in your description then it keeps it all under the one umbrella...
OMG.....
well... here we go...
start in lower arch....we need to get that lower arch level ... so bond lwoer 7-7
uper - even if you went for a denture you would still want he lwoer to have a flat occlusal plane...
but in the upper, even if we jsut aligned, levelled and redistributed the space and crowned the central and the upper left lateral to make look like a central that would be worth while....
we are talking 18 months as that lower arch will take some time
bloody fantastic case to write up !!!

JD Class 2, Perio

Hi Ian,
This case came in for consultation last week.
MH - ex smoker as of 4 months ago
DH - progressively more concerned about appearance of teeth, mod restored
OE: BPE 3s and 4s limited bleeding, Class 2 molars, canines and incisors w deep overbite and reduced overjet. Severe crowding both arches. Missing UL1, UL5, UR4, lower 5s.
Bone levels: 30% generalized horizontal upper arch, 20% lower, and 50% vertical LL6, LR6.
If I can get the perio stable, is ortho an option here?!

Thanks Ian.
