Pt does not like how she has a gap and then sticky out front teeth
The patient is a moderate class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and an increased FH. The lips are competent and full with a 90 degree nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of about 6mm and a slightly increased OB. There appears to be no shift in the centre lines
There is spacing in the upper labial segment and then the lower labial segment is aligned. The buccal segment on the upper and lowers are aligned.
Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 1. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 1.
I was thinking I can place upper and lower fixed fixed with no extractions ???
