glad you put photos of the models in!!

think I would go for the LR5.... to extract..as will help preserve the position of the lower incisors and help stop any lower C Line shift

U4's as you say and class 2 elastics also

Pt does not like the way her teeth are wonky.

The patient is a mild class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and increased FH. The lips are competent and full with a 90 degree nasiolabial angle.

The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of 7mm and the OB is average . centre line on the lower is to the left by around 1-2mm but appears ok on the upper arch.

The teeth are aligned in the upper labial segment and there is mild crowding in the lower labial segment. The upper and lower buccal segments are aligned. The LL3 is displaced around 4mm lingually

Molars on the LHS are class 2 and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS are class 2 and RHS are class 2

I was thinking that I need to extract the upper 4's and then the LL4 ???? with upper and lower fixed and class 2 elastics??????
