Pt does not like the way her teeth are wonky.
The patient is a moderate class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and increased FH. The lips ae competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of 6-7mm and the OB is average . centre line on the lower is OK but upper its to the left by 2mm
There is moderate crowding on the upper labial segment and mild crowding in the lower labial segment. The upper and lower buccal segments are aligned. The upper 2's are displaced around 3-4mm palatally.
Molars on the LHS are class 2 and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 2
I was thinking that we extract the upper 4's to reduce the OJ and then lower squeeze them in ? maybe some IPR - then upper and lower fixed with class 2 elastics ??????.
