Pt does not like the way her teeth stick out

The patient is a moderate class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and increased FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.

The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of 7mm and an average OB.

There is moderate crowding on the lower labial segment and moderate crowding on upper labial segment . The upper and lower buccal segments are aligned. The UL3 and UR3 are displaced around 3mm buccally.

Molars on the LHS are class 2 and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS are class 2 and RHS are class 2.

I was think treat this as an extraction case with upper 4's and lower 5's - due to crowding - fixed upper and lower and class 2 elastics ?????
