tricky one as he has small lateral incisors also
I think en balance then yes, go for non ext and IPR, esp that lower premolar which is an odd shape to say the least
and may be some class 2 elastics on the left also

Pt does not like the way his stick out
The patient is a mild class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and increased FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 1 with an OJ of 3mm and an average OB.
There is mild crowding on the lower labial segment and mild crowding on upper labial segment . The upper and lower buccal segments are aligned. The UL3 is displaced around 4mm buccally.
Molars on the LHS class 1 and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS are class 2 half unit and RHS are class 2 quarter unit
I was thinking that we could treat this as a non extraction case - with upper and lower fixed with some IPR??
