The patient does not like her wonky teeth
The patient is a moderate class 1 skeletal pattern, with an average FMPA and average FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 1 with an OJ of about 2-3mm and an average OB. - the centre lines appear to be OK
The teeth in the lower arch are aligned but in the upper labial and buccal segments there is mild crowding - due to the UR3 being buccally displaced and then UR5 being palatally displaced.
Molars on the LHS are class 1 and then RHS are half a unit class 2. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 1.
I was thinking this could be a non extraction case with upper and lower fixed??????
