The patients main complaint is that he is a little goofy
The patient is a moderate class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and increased FH. The lips are incompetent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of about 7mm and an increased OB. - the centre lines appear to be ok
There is no crowding in the upper or lower arches but some spacing in the upper arch. The UL2 is rotated mesio-palatally.
Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 2.
I was thinking to take the upper 4's out and then upper and lower fixed with some class 2 elastics???
