yeah.,... border line all 5's or IPR.....go for IPR and ULFA, invert the bracket on the lateral to get some more buccal root torque

Pt does not like the way her teeth are all over the place
The patient is a mild class 1 skeletal pattern, with an average FMPA and an average FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ about 6mm and a decreased OB. Centre lines are OK on the upper arch but looks to be to the left by 2mm on the lower arch.
There is mild crowding on the upper and lower labial segments and then the upper and lower buccal segments are aligned. UR2 is palatally displaced around 4mm.
Molars on the LHS and RHS are class 1 and the canines on the LHS and RHS are class 1.
I was thinking that on the lower arch - might be tight squeezing it all in and so some IPR around those anteriors and then upper i think it can be squeezed in - upper and lower fixed braces????
