(i think she was biting edge to edge anteriorly as opposed to on her back teeth in these photos - cos my notes and the models match up but then the photos don't match the models or notes)

Pt does not like the way her lower anterior tooth goes back

The patient is a mild class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and an increased FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.

The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of about 5mm and an increased OB. Centre lines are OK. The lower left1 is lingually displaced by around 4mm.

There is moderate crowding on the lower labial segment and then the upper and lower buccal segments are aligned as well as the upper labial segment.

Molars on the LHS and RHS are class 1 and the canines on the LHS and RHS are class 1.

I was think that this could be a non extraction case and some IPR on the lower anteriors to squeeze that LL1 in and upper and lower fixed?
