Pt does not like the way her upper laterals stick out
The patient is a mild class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and an increased FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 2 div 2 with an OJ of about 1mm and an increased OB. Centre line is off on the lower to the left. the upper 2's are buccally displaced by around 4mm.
There is mild crowding in the upper labial segment and the upper buccal segments are aligned aligned - lower labial segment there is mild crowding and then the buccal segments are aligned.
Molars on the LHS are class 2 and then RHS are class 1. The canines on the LHS is class 2 and RHS are class 1.
I was looking at this case as a non extraction case - lowers fit in - but uppers some IPR and then class 2 elastics LHS only?
