may be a little too much for class 2 elastics - I d give a twin block a go to begin with then swop to fixed appliances and class 2 elastics - is she struggles then U4's.... not ideal from facial aspect but would reduce the overjet

Pt does not like the way she feels a little bit goofy
The patient is a mild class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and an increased FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of about 6-7mm and an average OB. Centre lines are good.
the upper buccal and labial segments are aligned slight rotation on the UR1 distally - lower labial and buccal segments are aligned.
Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 2.
i was thinking this could be a non extraction case with upper and lower fixed and some class 2 elastics to pull the teeth back and then some IPR on the Upper centrals that are a little bulbous distally??
