Pt does not like the way his teeth stick out in the front
The patient is a moderate class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and an increased FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of about 6mm and an average OB. Centre lines are good.
the upper buccal and labial segments are aligned with some spacing around the anteriors - lower labial segment there is mild crowding and then buccal segments are aligned
Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS and RHS are class 1.
I was think that this was a non extraction case and upper and lower fixed ?????
