probably just till in fissures of molars with GIC to prop open bite and then simply polish away

For the UL2 in crossbite, what would be the best method of discluding so I can bring that out of crossbite - removable or bite turbos, or something else?

I d go for lower 5's and U4's
The lower 5's as the crowding is not too bad in the lower and it will help us get class 1 buccal segments

its a marginal decision... all 4's would work....

Another one...


Age 13
Pt C/O: on WL but taking a long time. One tooth is up high on gum and also doesn’t like the crowding.
Summary of findings:
Skeletal 1, LAFH normal, NLA normal
Inc Class 1
Crowding severe upper and mod lower, UL3 erupted ectopically on buccal unattached mucosa
OJ reduced, OB normal
Buccal segments class 1 RHS, 1 / 2 unit 2 on LHS
Xbite UL2
Midline shift to L roughly 2mm

Problem list: ectopic canine, crowding

Aims of tx: relief of crowding, align, level, class 1 incisors, class 1 molars, space closure

Tx plan:
XLA LR4LL4 UR4 UL4
Fixed U/L
