Hi Ian,
So started this one after showing you and chatting with you about it all. Took out the UR4 as the UR3 was really buccally displaced. Everything was going swimmingly and looking good, then today this……… he is now in a class 3 edge to edge!!! I am unsure where to go from here and what to do!! Can you please help me
Thanks
Jasmine

Pt does not like the way his teeth are all over the place and cross over.
The patient is a moderate class 2 skeletal pattern, with a high FMPA and an increased FH. The lips are competent and full with an obtuse nasiolabial angle.
The incisors are a class 2 div 1 with an OJ of about 3mm and a decreased and incomplete OB. Centre lines appear good. The UR2 and UL2 are palatally displaced by around 3mm and then the UR3 displaced buccally by 6mm and then UL3 by 4mm.
There is no crowding on the lower labial segment and lower buccal segment. There is severe crowding on the upper labial segment and then upper buccal is aligned.
Molars on the LHS and the RHS are class 2. The canines on the LHS is half a unit class 2 and then RHS are class 2.
I was looking to just take out the UR4 with as the centre lines appear to be OK and that will make room for the UR3 and then LHS looks like we can squeeze the UL3 in?? - then upper and lower fixed appliances ????
